First attempt at making bread. Ultimate test is taste so I am going to wait for these babies to cool down a little. Then I will have some with butter and strawberry preserves. If these taste as good as they do at Bouchon, I am going to master this recipe. Epis for everyone!! Well not yet. Let me taste it first. 😁
